High-efficiency automatic multi-tray vibrating feeder counting and packaging machine. Equipped with a chain-type bucket conveyor, it is specifically designed for industries such as furniture hardware, standard hardware components, automotive fasteners, electronics and appliances, and plastic toy parts.It can intelligently count and package various irregular components, such as screws, nuts, washers, plastic expansion tubes, and three-in-one furniture connectors. The machine features a flexible dual-mode operation—manual feeding or fully automatic feeding—maximizing its versatility across different industry production lines.
