Project Overview

This automated packaging line was developed, designed, and manufactured in line with the trends of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing, taking into account China’s national conditions and addressing the current situation in various industries where production enterprises still rely primarily on manual labor. It is a fully automated, multi-material mixed packaging line.This packaging production line is widely used for the automated packaging of parts kits, accessory kits, and similar items, supporting the simultaneous packaging of 1 to 70 different products.Primarily used in the packaging sectors of furniture components, automotive parts, hardware fittings, building block toys, appliance parts, and mixed food products, this packaging line can fully automate packaging processes including loading, feeding, sorting, counting/weighing, conveying, bag forming, coding, filling, bag sealing, and re-inspection by weight.

• The main body is made of high-strength carbon steel with a high-temperature baked finish and features a high-quality stainless steel metering mechanism. • A variety of packaging options, including single-item packs, mixed packs, single-item packs with linked bags, and combination packs with linked bags. Automatic portioning based on overbag capacity truly meets a wide range of packaging needs.
• The in-house developed material sorting system operates quickly and is highly stable.
• Independent control of horizontal and vertical sealing temperatures ensures better compatibility with various packaging materials, such as composite films and PE films, resulting in secure seals and attractive packaging.
• Imported Keyence counting systems feature strong resistance to interference and high counting accuracy.
• Recipes and parameters are saved and can be recalled with a single click to start production—it’s simple and fast.
• With a wide range of applications, it meets the needs of customers across virtually all industries and adapts to market changes.
• Intelligent Control: Automatically tracks production workloads; the machine automatically adjusts parameters when switching products; output levels can be adjusted with a single button; photoelectric automatic tracking ensures the machine does not operate when no product is present, thereby achieving energy-efficient, eco-friendly production.
• User-Friendly Production Management: Features include automatic shutdown, production counting, and alerts for production quantity settings, making production management more convenient.
• The streamlined, modular design allows for the addition or removal of equipment and features as needed at the customer's site.
• Easy Product Changeover: When switching between different product models during production, simply replace the relevant components; when manually configuring the equipment, the human-machine interface features an operation tutorial, making parameter adjustments intuitive and clear. Switching between functions is straightforward, and the touchscreen interface includes fully Chinese annotations and comprehensive error messages, ensuring that all parameter adjustments are simple, fast, and easy to perform.
• Highly expandable; can be equipped with a coder, label applicator, checkweigher, finished product conveyor belt, case opener, case sealer, and case packer.
• It can integrate with ERP, MES, and WMS systems, with product data and production tasks updated in real time.
